About the event
Gymnastics uses a lot of dance elements and technique even on events such as vault and bars! In this clinic, we will go over basic ballet positions, posture, and moves as well as learn fun floor choreography! Through this clinic, your gymnast will improve body awareness, and confidence and have fun while doing it!
